一、项目概况

技术工艺有国内外先进技术支持，主要设备选型方案正在酝酿之中。
该项目总投资284850万元，其中基建投资约需253850万元，流动资金5000万元。年销售收入285000万元，年利润96345万元，投资利税率39.83%，投资回报期6.6年（税后）。该项目是清洁环保型可持续发展项目，有利于区域经济发展和社会进步。

The project belongs to the coal chemical industry, in
accordance with national energy and industrial
restructuring policies and gets the local government and
national attention and support. The ultimate products of
the project, with an annual 600,000 tons of methanol,
which is used for producing dimethyl ether and acetate
acid, are: 200,000t/y methanol, 200,000 t/y dimethyl
ether and 200,000 t/y acetate acid .So it is widely used
and has a promising market as a fuel, methanol and
dimethyl ether, with acetic acid synthesizing 100
species of organic products with
added
value, are important organic chemical raw materials.
Building
conditions are consistent with national policy on energy
development and utilization and industry development
planning and technology policy, conditions of company
are favorable; raw material is the Datong power coal,
which is sufficient locally. This project is planned to
be consructed in the Tashan Industry Garden Area, about
1000 mu.The traffic is
very convenient.
Furthermore the company has reserved a large number of
technical personnel and managerial personnelspecialized
in this field;we get the support of advanced
technological processes from home and abroad. Equipment

聚四氢呋喃（简称PTMEG）是由四氢呋喃经阳离子开环聚合而制得。常温下为白色腊状固体，融化后为无色透明液体。主要用于生产聚氨酯弹性纤维（Spandex、氨纶）、聚氨酯弹性体（PU）、酯醚共聚物。本项目拟采用引进技术，由电石乙炔经1，4—丁二醇（DBO）、四氢呋喃（THF），聚合成PTMEG。本项目为高技术、高附加值产品，能源和原材料消耗低，主要原材料为电石和甲醛。

1、建设内容及其规模：项目建设规模为1，4—丁二醇生产能力2.8万吨/年，聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)生产能力2.2万吨/年。可以生产从650～3000各型号的聚四氢呋喃。
2、投资估算：项目总投资62100万元。
3、目前进展：与世界最大的氨纶生产商英威达（INVISTA）公司达成合作意向，英威达已同意向山橡公司转让技术。
4、经济效益：年销售收入64020万元，年利税17763万元，投资利税率27.7%。

under normal temperature, it is a wax-like solid, which
will become transparent liquid,it is mainly used for
production of Spandex,PU and copolymer.the project is to
introduce some technology to polymerize PTMEG with
calcium carbide,1,4—DBO and THF.The project will produce
high-tech and high value-added products with low
consumption of energy and raw materials,mainly calcium
carbide and formaldehyde.

The output of BDO is 28,000 t/yand that of PTMEG is
22,000 t/y in addition, the company has the capacity of
producing PTMEG from 650 to3,000

2、项目采用的工艺技术和主要设备选型为目前国内开发的专利技术，而且也是设备国产化的典范。本项目采用1.0Mpa选择性排灰循环流化床粉煤气化技术、NHD脱碳、低压甲醇合成、三塔精馏、余热回收产生的高压蒸汽带动汽轮机作为压缩机驱动力等技术，工艺先进，产品纯度高，消耗定额低，生产成本低。主要设备选择详见“设备一览表”。

一、项目概况
项目建设规模为年产电力机车200台，以引进技术的八轴大功率交流传动电力机车为代表的交流电力机车150台，其它既有电力机车50台。
本项目的实施主要是为确保八轴大功率交流传动电力机车（以下简称合作机车）引进技术的消化吸收和批量生产顺利实施，根据合作机车生产需要，新增必须关键生产、试验、检测设备，更新部分落后设备，同时结合产品类型和工艺方法的变化情况，对现行工艺布局、工艺流程进行局部调整。
合作机车生产所需主要原、辅助材料在国内均能解决；部分主要配套零部件根据技术引进协议在合作初期由ALSTOM公司提供，随后主要配套零部件逐步国产化，其余主要零部件根据专业化生产的原则协作解决。
本次技术改造项目主要新增电器屏柜件加工、组装和试验设备，构架及各梁自动焊接设备和辅助装备，构架、箱体件、车轴及轮对加工组装设备和测量设备，备料板材高精度切割、校平、变形和表面处理设备，车体底架自动焊接设备和辅助装备，机车组装、试验设备，原材料检验和成品分析、试验用理化检验试验设备，产品计量检测分析设备，无损探伤设备等，以提高产品制造质量，满足合作机车批量生产需要。
项目总投资额为33760万元，其中固定资产投资31660万元，铺底流动资金2100万元。本项目建设工期为两年（2006-2007年）。

The construction scale of the
project is annual production of 200 electric
locomotives, including150 AC Driving locomotives
representing the eight-axle high powerAC Driving
locomotiveproduced with imported technology, and other
50 electric locomotives we already have.
The implementation of the project is
to ensure power AC driving locomotive (to hereafter
refer to as cooperation locomotive) technology
importation, digestion&absorption. According to the
requirements for the production of cooperation
locomotives, it is necessary to replace some backward
equipment with production, testing and checkout ones.
And, what is more, to carry out partial adjustment on
present technical layout and processes on the basis of
change in product type and the technique.
The major raw and auxiliary materials
for the production of cooperation locomotive could be
supplied within our country; some major ancillary
components, under the technical cooperation agreement,
will be provided by
ALSTOM
companies in the early period of our cooperation. And
afterwards the major components will gradually be
domestically manufactured and what remains will be
provided in accordance with the principle of
specialization production.
This technological transformation
project includes processing, assembly and testing
equipment of electric appliance screen cabinet,
framework and beams,
automatic welding equipment and the auxiliary equipment;
Framework, the box body, the car axle and assembly
processing and measuring equipment;
high-precision cutting,
equalization, the distortion and the surface treatment
equipment of preparation
board; the automatic welding equipment of chassis
and the auxiliary equipment, the locomotive assembly,
the testing equipment, equipment for analysis of raw
materials and finished products testing, equipment for
the use of physical-chemical testing; testing and
analytical equipment for products metering, detection
equipment without damage. What have been listed above is
essential to improve the product to meet the demand for
mass production of the cooperation locomotives
The total investment will be RMB￥337.6
million, of which fixed assets investment is RMB￥316.6
million and current circulating fund is RMB￥21
million. The construction period for the project is 2
years (2006-2007).

一、项目概况
本项目拟采用清华大学的镁合金熔化技术，引进俄罗斯大型镁合金连续铸锭及其塑性加工等关键技术，建设变形镁合金及加工材开发应用与产业化基地项目年产高品质镁合金锭4万吨、镁合金塑性加工材（板材、型材、管材、棒材等）2万吨。
项目计划2006年3季度开始建设，分三期于2008年建成：
2006建成年产4万吨高品质镁合金锭的生产线，并于当年实现年产1万吨镁合金锭的规模化生产，产品主要有长度为5000毫米的Φ300～500毫米的大型连续圆铸锭、长度为5000毫米的165×（550～680）毫米的大型连续扁铸锭以及重量分别为5Kg和8Kg的块状铸锭；
2007年镁合金锭年产达4万吨，同时建成年产1万吨镁合金轧制板材生产线，并实现年产0.5万吨镁合金轧制板材的规模化生产：其中厚板2000吨、薄板3000吨；
2008年实现镁合金加工材（板材、型材、管材、棒材和锻造坯料等）2万吨的目标。
本项目实施的主要指标：
（1）项目总投资：28000万元人民币，其中建设投资：21000万元人民币，流动资金7000万元人民币

The project aims at building a developmental, applied
and industrialization base of deformation magnesium
alloy and processing materials by means of Tsinghua

progressive ingot casting and plastic working
technologies. It can produce high-quality magnesium
alloy ingot 40,000tons, plastic working materials
20,000t./y.
The project will start on the 3rd
quarter in 2006 finish in 2008,which could be divided
into three phases: 40,000t/y high-quality magnesium
alloy ingot production line will be finished in 2006
with a mass production of magnesium alloy ingot
10,000t/y. The main products are of 5,000-mm-length

large round ingot casting, 5,000-mm-length 165×(550~680)
mm large progressive flat casting ingot and 5Kg and 8Kg
Massive casting ingot. Magnesium alloy ingot will amount
to 40,000t. /y in 2007, meanwhile, a 10,000 t. /y of
magnesium alloy rolled plate production line will be
completed, coupled with a mass production of magnesium
alloy rolled plate 5,000 t. /y, including 2000 tons of
slabs, 3,000 tons of sheet;.

等静压生产线技术改造项目
一、项目概况
等静压生产项目属于机械制造行业。拟建一条等静压套管生产线和两条等静压棒型生产线，形成年产252～550KV瓷套2800只和126～550KV棒型20000只的生产规模，年产值约10520万元。
按电力发展规划，2020年装机容量将达到9亿KW，平均每年新增3000万KW，再加上城乡电网改造，大约需新增252KV以上棒型支柱90000只，套管30000只，而今后五年内电瓷行业新增年产量估计为60000只，缺口很大，市场前景看好。
该项目上马后，年需电瓷原料约5322吨。主要原料为左云土、章村土、长石、铝矾土。年需、金属法兰约710吨，年需煤气约55×106m3，由本厂煤气站供给。电力安装容量为30000KW，本项目需增容量800KW。生产用水约为10万吨，厂内解决。
地址仍为原公司，占地面积7776㎡。
项目建设工期为1.5年。投资总额为10200万元，其中：建设投资9300万元，铺底流动资金900万元，5年内收回投资。

拟引进资金额及合作方式：拟引进资金10000万元。合作方式可以是股份制，但不允许外方控股。
